Shaneen has a deep respect for the Australian landscape and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and understands the critical importance of respecting First Nations knowledge and practices to support sustainability and climate resilience now and into the future.

Shaneen embraces an inclusive, respectful, and deeply collaborative approach to community engagement and co-design. With training in the IAP2 (International Association of Public Participation) framework and a PhD in architecture and anthropology specializing in co-design with First Nations peoples and organizations, she advocates for a culturally respectful, responsive, and Country-first approach to engagement and design.

Whether partnering with government agencies or local communities, Shaneen ensures that projects are innovative, sustainable, and genuinely aligned with the needs and aspirations of the people they serve.
